Behind our soya making process

Welcome to Daily Soy, where we take pride in creating the best soy-based bubble tea in Singapore! Today, we’ll be taking you behind the scenes to show you our production process and how we make our delicious and healthy bubble tea.

We believe in using only the best ingredients to ensure that our bubble tea is not only delicious but also nutritious. We use farm-to-table harvested soybeans and preserved tea leaves to preserve the fragrance of tea from BB Farm in Cameron Highlands in Malaysia. This not only helps to reduce carbon footprint from air-flown produce, but it also helps to preserve the freshness and fragrance of our food.


Our production process starts with the careful selection of high-quality ingredients. Our team then soaks the soybeans overnight to prepare them for the next step.



Once the soybeans are soaked, we blend them with purified water to create our signature soy milk. We then add our preserved tea leaves to the soy milk, which gives our bubble tea its distinctive flavor and aroma.





We use a unique brewing method that allows the tea to steep for just the right amount of time, ensuring that the tea’s fragrance is infused into the soy milk. Our tea leaves are sourced from select regions known for their exceptional quality, and we use only the freshest tea leaves available.


After the tea has been brewed, we add our signature toppings such as chewy tapioca pearls, grass jelly, and a variety of fruit jellies. We believe in offering a wide variety of toppings to cater to different preferences and to keep our menu exciting and fresh.

To ensure that our bubble tea is always fresh and delicious, we make our drinks in small batches throughout the day. This ensures that our customers always receive a fresh and high-quality beverage, with the perfect balance of tea, soy milk, and toppings.
